Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler went on to reiterate the fact that the reason that Hogan, Hall, and Nash were now in the company, was all down to Ric Flair. went on to mention that Vince McMahon regretted the decision to introduce the N.W.O. had now entered the mighty realm of WWE, And Jim Ross was more than hesitant in welcoming the trio to the company. (originally from World Championship Wrestling, W.C.W.) as long as Flair would sell McMahon his 50 percent share of World Wrestling Entertainment. At this point, McMahon promised that he would not bring in the feared N.W.O. McMahon went above and beyond to compromise Flair. In November of 2001, four months before this show, Vince McMahon became (on-screen) co-owner of the WWE alongside the Nature Boy, Ric Flair. Vince McMahon (Chairman of the WWE) has told us fans previously that he was going to inject poison into the WWE in an attempt to kill his creation, the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). No Way Out 2002 was brought to us on February 17th, 2002, live from the Bradley Centre in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with an impressive attendance of 15,291 excitable professional wrestling fans.
In this edition of Retro Review, we are going to be taking a trip down memory lane by revisiting the iconic wrestling event that was No Way Out 2002.
